Lucy originally worked as Deputy Head of Casting at the RSC, then decided to venture out on her own forming Jenkins McShane Casting over 10 years ago alongside Sooki McShane. In that time they've cast over a hundred plays as well as TV shows like Skins and Wild at Heart.
