Greetings to everyone. As you know, every exercise has a different way of movement. Correct form and technique are essential here. Before we start making the moves, we must understand the priority of the exercises.
For example, let's say we are doing regular pushups. The first thing we must know is to align our body, making our arms and legs straight, engaging our core, then slowly moving our body a bit forward as we try to push our body down to almost touch the ground. Once we memorize it well, then repeat the same procedure.
The same thing applies to this video. The only difference is in guiding the movements. Sometimes, with every step that we do, it feels confusing, as if something is missing. Then we have to repeat it again just to memorize the steps before proceeding to the next moves.
So here, we slowly study the basic movements first. Although we are busy focusing on our moves, at the same time, it also works on our body muscles. The more we learn, the better and more improved we will become. So don't hesitate to study and make new moves as part of our healthy exercises!
