The operator manually places 30 eggs at a time on the feeder tray using the supplied stainless steel tray. The machine automatically retrieves eggs from the feeder tray and moves them over knives which automatically cut and open the eggshells. Afterwards, the yolks and whites flow down a separator ramp which separates yolks from whites. Operator supervises the breaking process and removes any damaged yolks with the use of the quality control tray or the supplied spatula. Next, the yolks and whites and eggshells are redirected into their respective containers or buckets. Capacity: 19 200 eggs/hour.
