One could be an actual transportation vehicle, the other? Not so much! Ninebot Mini vs Hoverboard

The generic Hoverboard and the Ninebot Mini, both of them want to be some form of next gen human mobility solution. I really don't know who made the first Hoverboard, but the Ninebot Mini carries the Segway pedigree... so which can actually be used as a transportation vehicle like a bike and on roads? And which should be relegated to mall duty?
