Tube check: JJ Electronic EL84 vs. Groove Tubes EL84-S

Comparing two matched pairs of EL 84 under (as close as possible) identical conditions in the power amp stage of a 15W Tube15 Harley Benton / Stage Right Monoprice

Worth mentioning:
1. the JJs are a few weeks old and were played a couple of hours, the GTs are brand new.

2. Before recording both pairs had 10 minutes to warm up.

3. The JJs are in fact louder. I left it that way, audio not "normalized".
