Runaway Train - Twilight Time vs KLSC Blu-ray | High-Def Digest

Runaway Train is an 80s action classic - it's also probably the best Cannon film the studio ever released. This flick earned Jon Voight a Best Actor nomination and Eric Roberts a nomination for Best Supporting Actor while the excellent editing was also nominated. Sadly that Oscar prestige didn't translate to box office success. Since the Twilight Time edition went out of print, Kino Lorber Studio Classics picked it up and issued a new Blu-ray with a slightly different transfer sourced from a new 2K master.
