Download the Illustrator templates I made: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/k0mzjg6dtc3sdxr/AAAm0Qz9m8K2oVMgP78eI6AVa?dl=0. Keep in mind you will need to install the SF Pro fonts to use those, otherwise Illustrator will want you to replace them with something else. The legends were also laid out for a 40% ortholinear keyboard. So lots of legends are missing (Function keys, number, windows specific keys, etc):
