A morning stroll down Coronado Beach to the Hotel Del Coronado. Then exploring the jetty and shoreline. Hear the sounds of the Coronado waves in the early morning. Listen to the birds chirp at the hotel while the guests eat breakfast. See the Hotel Hawk up close. The Hotel Del Coronado uses a hawk to keep pesky seagulls away from the hotel grounds. Checking out the sand castle creations by freelance artist, The Sandcastle Man. Ending the walk at Coronado Dog Beach, watching dogs and trainers enjoy the morning waves.

Coronado Beach, aka Central Beach, starts at the famous Hotel del Coronado and continues north to Sunset Park. At the north end of the beach in front of Sunset Park dog owners bring their pets to roam freely in an area dubbed Dog Run Beach. Access to the main Coronado Beach is from the area near the “Hotel Del” where there are free parking spaces all along Ocean Boulevard. This wide family-friendly beach gets crowded, but it is wide enough that you can find a place to spread out comfortably.

Wear headphones to hear the full binaural 3D audio experience. You can use this video for your treadmill video scenery or virtual run. If you need more running speed, just go to the video settings and change the speed to 1.25.
