Unboxing the Gibson Custom Shop Michael Schenker 1971 Flying V — one of the most talked-about Collector's Edition replicas to come out of the Murphy Lab. Limited to just 50 pieces worldwide, each hand-signed by Michael Schenker himself.
Schenker's original 1971 Medallion Flying V (#56) started cherry red, was repainted black, and eventually became the iconic black-and-white split finish heard on UFO's first three albums. That guitar now lives in Kirk Hammett's collection. Gibson Custom 3D scanned the original and built this — Murphy Lab aged it to match decades of real playwear.
