Making My Grandma's Apple Pie (Vegan)

This recipe has a special place in my heart, because it's the one my Grama taught me to make as a teenager. We had many of these pies growing up and I'll always treasure those memories. I know she would have loved this version. I doubt she would have been able to tell it's any different from the original.

The crust may take some getting used to if you're unfamiliar with this type of pastry. Keep at it, and you'll learn to spot when it's too dry, but reader, I have to tell you...there will be good crust days and bad crust days.
