Decided to make a meme build using the Cadillac Limo and... it is surprisingly good for the Rally Adventure tracks! You do need to swing the car though.

Cadillac Limo B-Class Performance Review:
Obviously it is a meme so don't expect to be amazing. However it does have great handling at low speed turns. Again making use of handbrake to pivot the car is key to be fast in the Limo.

The only downside of the Limo is its weak acceleration, so it is generally more suited for Rally Adventure tracks where it favors handling over acceleration. Mainland tracks will be a disadvantage for the Limo as those tracks favor power.

But then, you use the Limo to meme around, not to win races.
