How to Track Button Clicks With Google Tag Manager

In this video, I demonstrate how to track and measure button clicks using Google Tag Manager. These button clicks can be used as Facebook conversion events, or be stored as events inside your Google Analytics account.

The process involves first creating a Trigger in your GTM account that fires when the "Click Text" contains the button text or when the "Click Classes" contains the HTML class of the button element.

Next, you must create a Tag that either fires your Facebook Pixel conversion event or Google Analytics event configuration. This is where the button track activity will be pushed to from your Google Tag Manager account.
