PROPERTY REVIEW #172 | SOUTHLINK, BANGSAR SOUTH
Shout-out to this audience for sharing his new investment unit with us. Thank you so much.
As we are pretty familiar with Bangsar South, we clearly understand that this is one of the hottest location for property investment due to the strategic location, connectivity, high job opportunities and etc. This has also created a phenomenon where all units here have similar characteristics, high density, small built up, and minimum facilities. That typical investment oriented design.
There are 30 units per floor, and it's around 1400 units in this project in a location where there's at least 10,000 units per 1km radius. As scary as it sounds, the rental demand is still high and it's rather easy to breakeven for investors.
However, the team strategically placed their budget across the project. For eg, the welcome statement is very well done where you have a generous lobby along with water features. Lift lobby is also well designed. Landscape areas are strategically placed close together to form that lush greenery effect. But for areas such as corridor and refuse chamber, it's just barely functional.
