Scammed? How To Get Your Scammed Money Back

If you've been scammed, this video explains how to get your scammed money back. If you were scammed and sent cash, used a credit or debit card, used a cash app, or even sent bitcoin to a scammer, you may be able to recover your money. This video covers the different ways you may have lost your money to a scammer, and how to get your scammed money back from their evil clutches.

Use the following phone numbers to get your scammed money back if you used a wire transfer:

Western Union: 1-800-448-1492
Ria (non-Walmart transfers): 1-877-443-1399
Ria (Walmart2Walmart and Walmart2World transfers): 1-855-355-2144

Use the following contact info to get your scammed money back if you used a money transfer app like Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal:

Cash App recommends chatting through their app for the fastest service. To do so, open the app, go to your profile, and choose Support. You can also get help through cash.app/help or by calling 1 (800) 969-1940.

Venmo recommends chatting through their app for the fastest service. To do so, open the app, go to your profile, and choose Get Help. You can also email Venmo through their contact form or call them at 1 (855) 812-4430.
For PayPal, report it online through PayPal’s Resolution Center or call PayPal at 1 (888) 221-1161.
