Fortnite - Glowing Ruckus / Ruckus' Ghost

If you kill Ruckus now, he'll come back as a ghost or in his own words a 'glowy' form. It's the same effect as Bunker Jonesy.
You can interact with him and he has a dialog, you can get a bounty and even buy a shotgun from him.
This must've been added by a recent update, he didn't used to reappear like this originally.
