The Long Island Iced Tea is a potent concoction for those undecided on a base spirit. If you’re a bartender, chances are you’ve been asked to make one of these before. No matter the type of bar, sooner or later, a Long Island will be ordered. Don’t feel the need to buy all top shelf liquors for this drink. Not only would that be pricey to make, but with so many flavors, the nuances of each spirit could get lost.
