PLDT HG8145V5: Enabling All LAN Ports & Solving “site can’t be reached” error on router IP (Taglish)

Here are some quick tips on solving two items that I personally encountered after getting a PLDT Fibr Connection which are:
1) Getting “site can’t be reached” error when accessing the router’s IP - 192.168.1.1
2) Only LAN1, out of the 4 ports, is enabled. Watch how to enable all 4 ports

Please note that this is only applicable to PLDT Home Fibr Router Model “Huawei EchoLife HG8145V5”. Other router models have different admin login and password and also have different menus to enable the LAN ports.
