My speech on the autism panel at the United Nations, on April 6, 2011. This event was co-sponsored by Autism Speaks and the Permanent Mission of Bangladesh to the UN.

The other panelists were Dr. Shekar Saxena (Director of the Mental Health Division of the World Health Organization); Dr. Geri Dawson (Chief Science Officer for Autism Speaks); and Prof. Saima Hossein (Chair of the National Advisory Committee on Autism in Bangladesh, and daughter of the prime minister).

The panel moderator is Russ Mitchell, CBS news anchor.
