The circulation center of Tropical Storm Bret has reached the Lesser Antilles and is moving over the islands of Barbados and Saint Lucia. The strong wind shear has caused the circulation center to become exposed to the southwest of the thunderstorm area. These conditions will lead to a rapid weakening process over the next few days.

Tropical storm conditions will be felt in Dominica, Barbados, St. Vincent, St. Lucia, and Martinique.
