EasyCast / AnyCast M2 Plus installation Help in English

A simple ad-hock video showing how to install Anycast 2 plus dongle. I couldn't find a help video in English. Not a 'slick' video presentation by any means. But I just wanted to upload something quickly to be of help to others.

(Please note - after watching this video, if your Anycast has new firmware you might need to watch the addendum update here
https://youtu.be/io7g7CZ5C5Q )

With DNLA mode you can cast from your laptop or computer or from your Iphone etc. Miracast mode allows you to cast from android devices.

Explanation too slow for you? Do what i do on tutorial videos; Use the settings and change the play back speed to 1.5x (or 2x if you can still understand the speech) :-) So you can view it in half the time :-)

********************************** OVERVIEW IN PLAIN STEPS
It might help if you think of this device a bit like another phone but it has no controls - so you use your PHONE or Tablet to set it up first - to change it's settings. Once you have it set up - that is, once it has it's OWN connection to your home router, it will 'listen out' for a shout out from your phone/tablet and when the connection is made (that is your have chosen screen mirroring on your phone) it will display your phone screen on the TV (sort of like bluetooth audio speakers).
Once you have set the anycast up using your phone/tablet you can then disconnect your tablet from it's wifi and re-connect to your own home wifi router as normal.

1. You connect your phone/tablet directly to the anycast to the device first via wifi to make the needed settings on it to get it working including
2. Allowing it to connect to your home router (thus the need for you to enter the username and PW to your router) Once this is done,
3. Choose your method of casting (i.e DVLA or Mirrorcast) then
4. The device is now waiting for you to cast to the TV so
5. you can now disconnect your phone/tablet from the anycast wifi and reconnect the wifi on your phone to your home router then
6. Select 'mirrorcast' or 'cast screen' (or whatever your phone/tablet expression is for doing this) and you should now see your phone/tablet screen displayed on the TV
