Rocket Final Update | Launch and Test Day | Miss Isle Shakedown

It was a nervous day but great to finally get her on the water. Here is a bit of footage from the small trip that we managed from Lechlade Marina to the pub for lunch and back again.

There were a few issues which was to be expected and part of the reason for the day. Mainly that she was only running on two cylinders and probably always has done since I rebuilt the engine. As I knew no different I didn't know until we swapped two leads and all came to life, it all about learning!

There was also an issue with the gearbox slipping and not selecting drive under load properly. Other than that nothing major so I will be correcting those few issues over the next few weeks and will then get her back on the water. So watch this space and hopefully I will have some more footage of her when we do some testing at speed for you soon!
