We have been asked about hip to shoulder separation which is the ability to dissociate your pelvis from your shoulders. This is a result of your thoracic mobility and the kinematic sequencing of your throw. Here we show a stretch followed by two exercises teaching you to activate into your newly acquired ROM. Enjoy!
