I have noticed that I've gained some weight since my break up and most notebaly after I began taking meds for my Bi-polar disorder.

People have tried to body shame me and it's pathetic. I have tried to lose weight and tbh nothing has really worked for me not the gym, eating right nada. The only thing that has worked is water fasting and Keto and tbh it's not easy and I don't really feel like trying to lose weight any more because I am very comfortable with how I am now. If I do decide to lose anything it will be to lower my Cholesterol (which as always been pretty high even when I was smaller). Diabetes runs in my family as well so yea.

People have brought to my attention that their's a thread about me on a particular site with people trashing my weight and it's HILARIOUS. Just because you hate yourself doesn't mean you have to make other hate themselves too, CUT IT OUT lols. Keep that nonsense to yourself.

I am bigger than I used to be but I am NOT FAT. Even if I was, that's NONE of any one else's business I LOVE ME AND THAT'S ALL THAT MATTERS. I have definitely gained weight and that's OK, but I am not going to tolerate people body shamming me and trying to make ME feel bad about myself because I AM LIT, PERIODT. If I do chose to lose some weight it will be on MY OWN terms for personal reasons, not because of some ugly trolls who can't even show their face. NEXT.
