Sweet East London Walk - Forest Gate, Upton Park, Plaistow (4K)

Sweet East London Walk to the Trebor Factory in Forest Gate, Upton Park former home of West Ham United, and end in Plaistow - shot in 4K
This walk starts on Wanstead Flats and goes down Tylney Road where we revisit the history of Wanstead House. We then go to Manor Park Cemetery to visit the grave of Jack Cornwell who was awarded the VC at the age of 16.
From here we cross Romford Road (a Roman Road) and go to look at Trebor House in Katherine Road. This beautiful ar deco building was built in the 1930s by Trebor Sweets. It's now been converted into apartments.
We walk down Plashet Grove to Green Street and look at the development of the former ground of West Ham United now called Upton Garden E13. We pass Newham Bookshop on Barking Road to the junction with Greengate Street, Plaistow, which in the past was known as Hook End. Our walk ends in North Street, Plaistow.
