This Scotsman CU2026SW-1A is a self-contained ice machine that has everything you need to make and store ice. The unit is only 26 inches wide and fits below a standard countertop! It produces approximately 240 pounds of half size ice cubes daily, storing 80 pounds at a time. This machine makes a lot of sense for a small coffee shop or bar serving about 100 people a day.

The unit has a stainless steel finish. Because it is a water-cooled unit, it will use a lot of water during operation, but it might be the best choice for a hot environment. However, the machine is great at conserving energy!

There is an on/of switch on the recessed front panel. The AutoAlert control system also signals staff when the machine requires sanitizing or descaling. This makes upkeep a breeze!

When you need to scoop ice, slide up the durable plastic door. The door practically disappears to make a wide opening for uninhibited scooping.
