Building and restoring horse drawn vehicles involves the priming and painting process, often dealing with older woods that need to be filled and leveled before the finish paint can be applied. On this project the wheels, body and seats are new wood, but the undercarriage is old original wood that needs heavy primer coats to make it acceptable to paint. This is the start of that process.
