Walking for sciatic nerve pain
Walking is a low-impact exercise that can also be used as a first-line treatment for sciatica.
To get started, rate your pain out of 10 before you walk and, over time, the pain level should either stay the same or begin to reduce.
Slow walking is just as good for rehabilitation as fast walking. So don't push it. If five minutes of daily walking (or less) is where you need to start, start there and work your way up.
