iOS 16 Beta 4 / Public Beta 2 - Finally good enough?

iOS 16 beta 4 is the longest wait in between beta releases since iOS 6. Was the wait worth it? Apple's change log is the longest of iOS 16 releases yet, so we can expect a bunch of bug fixes, as well as the changes I cover in this video. Is iOS 16 beta 4 finally good enough?
