Full Body Gentle Yin Yoga Class with Yoga Instructor Jenn, is a gentle stretch, energizing & meditation practice to stretch and open the hips, thighs, legs, back, arms, chest and mind in the morning, stretching your body deeply but gently and activating your bodies fat burning metabolism. This session invites you on the mat for a gentle stretch and go into a deep state of gratitude. This 1 hour yoga practice is great for at home workouts during coronavirus lockdown & to align the body! Breath deep, build muscle, stretch in, stretch it out and connect deeply.
