INDIAN CHEF SURPRISED MOM with RARE Indian Thai Curry 😱

Continuing on with our Indian Kitchen adventure, our chefs surprised us with some amazing rare Indian Thai dishes. It is a lobster mixed with Indian spices cooked in a Thai way and the flavor was out of this world. We tried some of our other classics such as biryani and a few other curries made by a chef from Kerala. The coconut flavors in these dishes are out of this world. Indian food seems like it has captured my moms heart the same way it did mines. I feel like my work in Tampa is almost complete.
