BREVILLE CLOGGED??? - How to unclog steam and hot water

I own a Breville The Barista Express BES870XL Espresso Machine and after about 5 years of use, the steam want and the hot water are not working.

The actual symptoms are that the amount of pressure from the wand and from the hot water spout is greatly reduced. Therefore, you are not able to steam milk or pour hot water for tea, or in my case, fill a glass of hot water that I then use to warm a bottle of formula for my son, who is 3 months old.

But more importantly, I needed this thing operable by the time his mother work up this morning.
