How often are you teaching your customer?
🎥 | Today, Danny covers a different kind of subject geared towards vendors.🔶
🔶 Teach your customer.
How? By sharing information and lessons you can educate your customer, adding value for you and your company.
🔸 As a vendor, pass on things you may have noticed in your customer's locations that may need to be addressed. It could help them with a fix and ultimately save them money.
🔸 Explain things about your company that the customer may not be aware of. An example would be how the dispatch board is handled at your company, or how service calls are tiered during the busy times of the year. Maybe you go In depth about warranty and why all warranty calls are not free. It could be a discussion of parts; does your company use margin or markup? Talk about the difference.
🔸 Discuss the differences between capital expenses vs. capital repairs and where repairs falls on the customer pac line.
All of this information will help your customer and build a strong vendor 🤝 customer partnership moving forward.
✍️ Help teach your customer and it will help you and your company as well.
