Acrylic Nails Starter Kit | Kirsty's Checklist

Hi everyone

Today we’re going to be going through what products you need for Acrylic Nails.

So we start with sanitisation with Hand Sanitiser. You’re then going to need a cuticle pusher.
You’ll then need different grit files. I like to use a dusting brush too. Ours is currently out of stock.
My first product is Gel Residue Wipe Off Solution to clean the nails and remove sticky layers. You also need pure acetone to remove the acrylic.

For the next bit you can either use sculpting forms or tips, and of course you need dehydrator and primer. You’ll need a monomer and a powder. Max Adhesion is a slowing setting monomer and therefore better for adhesion. For powders I’d use Clear, and either Natural Beige, Perfect Blush or Rose Glow. For a brush I’d recommend an oval, sharp size 8 for a beginner. You’re going to need to finish with a Top Coat.
