Rewiring Retro Pi AV Cord- This May be Why Your Raspberry PI Composite Video Cord doesn't work!

I recently got a Raspberry Pi with Retro Pi software installed! It's great but I've discovered that there are a lot of different reasons why a person may have trouble getting their Raspberry PI to output composite video (also called A/V plugs- the one that uses 2 or 3 separate RCA plugs).

I don't go into the one's that have to do with config settings and default outputs and whatnot. By default, your Raspberry Pi SHOULD automatically output composite video if it doesn't detect a live connection to HDMI... (Notice the SHOULD!)

Assuming the config settings are correct and the Pi itself is okay, there is still another all too common reason for this problem. Many composite video cords that are sold as Raspberry Pi compatible are NOT! You can't tell just by looking either. This video shows you the problem and how you can fix it!
