INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE CHICKEN JALFERZI:
Chicken= 5 piece
Oil= 2 tbsp
Garlic= 1 tsp
Ginger= 1 tsp
Green Chilli= 1 tbsp
Chop Masala= 100 gm
Tomato Gravy= 100 gm
Salt= 1/2 tsp
Deggi Mirch Powder= 1 tsp
Garam Masala= 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder= 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder= 1 tsp
Kasuri Methi Powder= 2 pinch
Onion= 1 no
Green Bell Pepper= 1/3
Yellow Bell Pepper= 1/3
Red Bell Pepper= 1/3
Cabbage= 1/2 cup
Ginger= 1 tsp (julienne)
Coriander Leaves= 1 tbsp
Butter= 1 tbsp
Water= 2 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup= 1 tbsp
Lemon Wedges= 1

FOR THE MUTTON DO PYAZA:
Mutton= 240 gm
Oil= 2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds= 1/2 tsp
Garlic= 1 tbsp
Ginger= 1 tsp
Onion Seeds= 1/3 tsp
Green Chilli= tbsp
Onion= 2 (medium size)
Turmeric Powder= 2 pinch
Deggi Mirch Powder= 1/2 tap
Chop Masala= 80 gm
Coriander Powder= 1 tsp
Garam Masala= 1 tsp
Deggi Mirch Powder= 1 tap
Cumin Powder= 1 tsp
Kasuri Methi= 1/2 tsp
Yellow Gravy= 80 gm
Tomato Gravy= 80 gm
Mutton Gravy= 90 gm
Water= 1/2 cup
Desi Ghee= 1 tbsp
Butter= 1 tbsp
Ginger= 1 tsp ( julienne)
Coriander Leaves= 1 tbsp
Rogan= 1 tbsp
Green Cardamom= 1 pinch
Salt to Taste

FOR THE KASHMIRI CHICKEN CURRY:
Chicken= 175 gm
Oil= 2 tbsp
Fennel Seeds= 1/2 tsp
Dry Red Chilli= 3 no
Chop Masala= 2 tbsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder= 1 tsp
Tomato Gravy= 100 gm
Yellow Gravy= 60 gm
Coriander Powder= 1 tsp
Garam Masala= 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder= 1/2 tsp
Kasuri Methi Powder= 1/4 tsp
Chicken Gravy= 80 gm
Water= 1 cup
Desi Ghee= 2 tbsp
Green Cardamom Powder= 2 pinch
Sonth Powder= 1/4 tsp (dry ginger Powder)
Ginger= 1 tsp (julienne)
Deggi Mirch Powder= 1/2 tsp
