Herzlich Willkommen zu einem neuen Video. Heute zeige ich euch den Klassiker unter den Backmatten Rezepten. Ich hab dem Rezept aber einen kleinen Twist gegeben, um es etwas gehaltvoller zu machen. Dabei ist mir auch ein Fehler passiert und ich zeig euch, wie ich den behebe.

Für das Rezept braucht ihr

150g Parmesan
3 Eier
20g Kokosmehl

Kokosmehl hat hervorragende Nährstoffeigenschaften, die ich im Video kurz erläuterte. Genauso wie die Zubereitung des Rezepts. Also bleibt dran.

Das Rezept, das dann im Video entstanden ist:

150g Parmesan
5 Eier
100g Kokosmehl

Da Kokosmehl nicht immer gleich ist, kann es unterschiedlich absorbierende Eigenschaften haben. Guckt einfach wie sich euer Teig verhält und passt die Konsistenz entweder mit mehr Eiern oder mit mehr Kokosmehl an.

Welcome to a new video. Today I'll show you the classic recipe for these baking mats. But I twisted the recipe a bit to make it more substantial. I’ll show you how to fix a common mistake.

For the recipe you need

150g Parmesan
3 eggs
20g coconut flour

Coconut flour has excellent nutrient properties, which I briefly explain in the video. As well as the preparation of the recipe. So stay tuned.

The recipe that was created in the video:

150g Parmesan
5 eggs
100g coconut flour

Because coconut flour is not always the same, it can have different absorbent properties. Just look at how your dough behaves and adjust the consistency with either more eggs or more coconut flour.
