Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup sugar, divided
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup peanut butter
15-20 Rolos candy
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup boiling water

Directions:
1. Mix the flour, ½ cup sugar, baking powder, milk, oil, and vanilla. Stir until smooth
2. Add the peanut butter and mix until smooth
3. Spray a 6-7 quart crock pot (slow cooker) with cooking spray or vegetable oil. Add the batter
4. Press the Rolos into the batter evenly spaced
5. Whisk together the cocoa powder, remaining half cup of sugar, and boiling water. Pour on cake batter, do not stir
6. Cover and cook on high (6 hour setting for 2 to 3 hours)
7. Serve with ice cream for a deliciously easy treat.
