In this first episode of the series I show you exactly what you need to do to survive the first day. I separate it into two types of info: a numbered list of things you *need* to do on the first day and also info I call "opportunity situations" where you want to pick these up as you go, as you see them. I show you how to keep your macronutrients up, which tools/weapons to create FIRST, how to build a quick but effective shelter, and quite a bit more!
