RFK Jr. speaks on opioid crisis, own addiction battle | LiveNOW from FOX

U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. addressed the opioid crisis Thursday while speaking in Nashville, Tennessee. He appeared at the Rx and Illicit Drug Summit, which featured an audience that included substance use experts and treatment providers. Kennedy Jr. also highlighted his own fight with heroin addiction and suggested a cell phone ban in schools as a way that could help prevent fatal overdoses. He called addiction “a source of misery, but also a symptom of misery.”
