2009 Infiniti G37xS Sedan coolant low and possible head gasket problem

Took my vehicle in for 100k mile maintenance at the dealership today, March 1st 2016. Supposedly we did new spark plugs, front and rear differential oil change, transfer case fluid change, and full multi point inspection. I opted out of tire rotation (just mounted up my summer wheels)

Service manager said they found some seepage near the top left cylinder bank, which may indicate head gasket problems now or coming soon. Also a leak/seepage near the top radiator hose clamp.

I drove the vehicle about 50 miles home on the freeway in about 60 degree weather, no overheating noticed. Manager advised that I keep a close eye on the coolant level and if it dropped, that was bad. To the best that I can tell, there is no coolant in the reservoir at all.

He said a top end rebuild with head gasket change is around a $5-6k job. My plan is to add coolant, clean off the existing crud, and monitor carefully for additional leaking. My question is, should I bail on this vehicle right away before the problem worsens? I've owned it for just over a year, and about 18k miles in that time. I change oil with full synthetic every 6.5-7k.

Sorry for my meandering comments during the video, didn't really compose my thoughts beforehand.
