How To Improve or Fix Oculus Quest 2 Tracking

UPDATE- Some older house lighting or other countries lighting may actually benefit from locking into the 50hz rate due to conflicts with the lights in the room flickering. Try 50hz if 60 is not helping and see if you notice a difference.

ANOTHER HELPFUL TIP From Mpotatoes16 - Make sure and clean your outer camera lenses on the headset itself. These tend to get fingerprints and worse with all the handling of the headset and can improve tracking.
