Hey guys! I wanted to open up and share my story about dealing with Postpartum Anxiety and Depression. It is important to know that there are different levels to PPD/PPA and mine manifested mostly in fear. No matter what type of PPD/PPA you dealt with or are currently dealing with, just know it isn't your fault. Having PPA/PPD is more common than you think, but the shame keeps us as mom's silent. It's time to share our stories and normalize this topic. I hope I can help just one person through sharing my story.
