Swing Dance / Lindy Hop Performance for "In the Mood" with Sound of the Rockies A Capella Chorus

It was a blast to be involved in the spring show for Sound of the Rockies this year!

The first act involved a journey through time that ended by returning to 1939 for an "In the Mood" finale. Jes and I got to be a part of that number to help bring a high-energy closing to this part of the show.

Jes and I were able to meet at a rehearsal that week to hear the number and figure out our blocking and what tricks we wanted to include.

Our contact Bruce was a real gentlemen and helped us feel very comfortable with the whole operation. Ron was also awesome and gave us a plug during the intermission! As a bonus, there were excellent pictures and video taken.

It always great to be part of a job like this, where the experience is more worthwhile than the dollars.
