IS THIS A LOVED ONE'S SPIRIT??

This is really strange. You know them fluffy things that come on dandelions after the flowers have died, and you blow them? Well, here's one of those things in my garden floating around near the shed door. Just so you're aware, there was a gusty wind blowing so it should not really have stayed there, and so you can see it better, I filmed it in slow motion. Did I have a visitor come to see me?
