3. Sc the 2nd ch from hook and all, ch 1 turn (24)
4. Sc 3, *Puff, sc 2* x 7, ch 1 turn (24)
Repeat rows 1-4 until desired length. After last puff row, do one more row of sc.
Optional: Add a boarder.
