In May 2013, Giripremi organized the first-ever civilian expedition from India on dual 8000er mountains under the leadership of Umesh Zirpe. On May 17, 2013, Giripremi's Ganesh More, Anand Mali, and Bhushan Harshe reached the summit of Mt. Everest (the world's highest mountain), whereas Ashish Mane summits Mt. Lhotse (the world's fourth-highest mountain) at the dawn of May 19, 2013.
