EASY VEGAN BEAN SAUCE FAST IN THREE WAYS / M0M OF 10 IS BACK

Three fast and easy bean sauce recipes which I show you how to use at the end of the video.
RECIPES :

SURVIVAL MODE BEAN SAUCE
500g kidney beans
3 tsp salt
I GOT THIS BEAN SAUCE
500g kidney beans
3 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 tbsp sugar (original)
1 onion
1 tomato
SUPERHERO MOMENT BEAN SAUCE
500g kidney beans
3 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp sugar (optional)
9 tomatoes
5 onions
10 mushrooms
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 garlic heads
1 tbsp oregano
2 bay leaves
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp flaxseed
1 tsp curry
1 tsp smoke paprika powder

I'm back after a month and a half of not posting videos. I'm all refreshed and I have so much to give you now. It's nice to be back. Sorry there is glitch in the film. I hope these recipes make your life a little bit easier as it has made ours.
