[Blam] GTA Online: The Chop Shop - The Duggan Robbery minus the prep phase because...kweh?

I don't know why it took so long for this one to come back through the rotation, but here it is. The first time I did this mission, I messed up 2 of the challenges, but now, I've learned from my mistakes and can say that it feels good to accomplish them (even if one of the challenges actually sucks).

Robbery Challenges:
- Over 15 Headshots (Always aim for the head.)
- Disable Target Vehicle on First Attempt (Wait for the target car to come around and zap it. This may take multiple attempts...)
- Reach Hao in 1 Minute (Ignore the enemies that pop up and book it to Hao as fast as possible.)
