In this video we’re having a big battle and it's all about sponge float plastering. We are going to test whether this method is worth trying and see if it gives better results than the conventional method of skimming.

Sponge float plastering is generally a new form of plastering and it’s not been a big deal until recent years. But now people are starting to swear by it so we decided to test it out. We’re going to see if this method actually works.

In this video, I’ll plaster 2 walls - 1 wall will be plastered in the normal fashion where as the 2nd wall will be plastered with a sponge float. We’re going to walk through the whole process, show you where the differences are and even provide a verdict on the results. This actually really surprised me so It’s well worth a watch because the end results were amazing!
