Namaste day beings,

I decided to do this weeks vlog a little differently. I filmed a full day in my life and gave you a little bit more of my authentic self, just sitting down and chatting to you guys.
I also spoke about a few things that I struggle with to maybe help you guys and let you know that we all go through shit and we all just trying to find our way.
This is also a reminder to be gentle to ourselves and love ourselves fully.
Working on yourself can we difficult and uncomfortable so lets do it together.
